How far in advance should I book an event?
A.We advise booking your event as soon as you finalize your date and location. We recommend securing your booking at least three months in advance to ensure availability. However, if we have availability, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings.
What is the deposit requirement?
A.A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your event. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the event date.
How many photos are included in the photography package?
A.We believe in quality over quantity. We carefully select only the most beautiful images for post-production, which are delivered as your final product. Depending on your chosen session package, you will receive between 20 and 100+ images, rather than every image taken during your session.
How long before we get to see our images?
A.Editing takes 1–2 weeks, depending on your session. We take the extra time because every detail matters—we care about delivering photos that truly shine.
Are props included with every photo booth?
A.Strike a pose with our wide variety of props—perfectly themed for your event or just random and silly for pure fun! Every package includes our full prop kit, so you can get creative and make memories that pop.
How long does it take to set up the photo booth?
A.Depending on the photo booth package you choose, our setup and teardown time is approximately 60 minutes.
Can I customize the photo booth images?
A.Your photos, your style! We’ll work with you to create custom prints, backgrounds, overlays, and more. Add text, frames, your company logo, or anything else to make every photo uniquely yours. Because your event deserves to stand out!
Will there be an attendant on-site at the event?
A.Yes! We provide a professional attendant on-site for every event. They’ll handle setup, assist guests with the photo experience, and make sure everything runs smoothly—so you can enjoy your event without any stress.
Do you travel?
A.Yes, we travel. All sessions in the Charlotte, NC, area are at no additional cost. There will be an additional cost on locations outside the area. Please contact us for details.
